This Privacy Policy describes how Mediaplussa collects, processes, and protects your personal data when you visit our website or use our services.

2. Personal Data Collected and Sources

We collect information from the following sources:

  • Information provided by the user: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and other information voluntarily provided via forms (e.g., website contact forms, Facebook messages/comments, or Facebook Lead Ads). This data is managed within the Pipedrive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Newsletter subscription: We collect email addresses and subscriber information into the Brevo service, provided the user joins the mailing list and accepts this Privacy Policy.

  • Automated tracking (Cookies and tools):

    • Meta (Facebook): Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and advertising tools. These collect data on page views, navigation, and ad interactions.

    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects information about the device, browser, approximate location, and user behavior on the site.

    • Google Consent Mode v2: Communicates the user’s cookie consent status to Google.

    • Microsoft Clarity: Collects data on website usage, such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and session recordings for user experience analysis.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process data for the following purposes:

  • Customer relationship management: Handling sales processes, communication, and service delivery.

  • Marketing and advertising: Targeting and profiling to create marketing audiences (Meta and Google).

  • Newsletter communication: Sending newsletters and announcements.

  • Analytics and development: Monitoring website usability and developing the user experience (GA4 and Microsoft Clarity).

Legal Basis: Processing is based on the user’s consent (forms/cookies/newsletter), the performance of a contract (quotes and projects), or the legitimate interest of the controller (analytics and direct marketing).

4. Data Sharing and Transfers

Data may be disclosed to or processed by the following service providers:

  • Pipedrive Inc. (Estonia/USA) – CRM and sales tracking.

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland/USA).

  • Google Ireland Limited (Ireland/USA).

  • Microsoft Corporation (USA) – Microsoft Clarity analytics.

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France/EU) – Email marketing management.

  • Marketing and IT partners.

When transferring data outside the EU/EEA (such as to the USA), we ensure an adequate level of data protection by primarily utilizing the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

5. Data Retention Period

We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes defined in this policy or as required by law. Sales leads and customer data are stored in Pipedrive for as long as required for customer service or completion of a quote. Newsletter data is stored until the user unsubscribes.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, request its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
